HR Recruitment Manager/ Sr. Manager
Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Someone who can manage our company’s full recruitment cycle.
• Designing JDs after discussion with management and posting on online job boards to attract qualified candidates
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates from different colleges. Carry out company’s reputation as Best place to work in the industry
• Drafting emails to attract candidates. Advertising for job openings on company website’s careers page, social media, job boards and internal circulation.
• Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs and create a quarterly plan.
• Meet the monthly recruitment targets and achieve handsome incentives.
• Establish a culture of employees engagement activities.
• Raising and processing a sales invoice and follow-ups for payment.
• Arranging both internal and external events
• Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts.
• Providing administration support to Sales Reps.
Desired profile of the candidate skills:
• We need someone who is self-dependent, decision maker, aggressive, can go out there and get candidates based on JDs. If you have these skills, come down for a chat!
• Good attitude, team player, target driven, carrier oriented and a quick learner
• Extremely presentable, someone who can carry company’s image out to prospective candidates
• Should possess some experience in doing campus recruitment, handling recruitment agencies and recruitment portals
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment to finalize candidates
• Proven work Expertise as a Recruiter(IT or Non-IT)
• Experience with sourcing techniques for sourcing profiles
Education: Any Graduate/ MBA-HR
Note- Excellent English communication- written and oral will be preferred.
